Center Clean Rooms, R&D Building TI, R&D B-2, Nova Systems

Center Clean Rooms
The project included renovating an existing space to provide two Class 1000 clean rooms. The rooms are being used for microelectronics research on infrared wafer assemblies. The work included mechanical, hoods, air shower, controls, power, lab utilities for the equipment, finishes, air balance, commissioning, and air certification.

R&D Building TI
The project included approximately 10,000 SF of build-out space in an existing core and shell building. The improvements included MEP, finishes, and life safety systems. The space was for office and technical support for microelectronic manufacturing of infrared imaging products.

R&D B-2
Office tenant improvement of a 3,248 SF space.

Nova Systems
Minor tenant improvements of existing building space of 12,719 SF. The scope of work includes electrical, power, mechanical, and plumbing improvements and the addition of two unisex ADA-compliant restrooms.
