Wesely Thomas completed a 40,000 square foot steel and concrete Celebration Center/Performing Arts Auditorium with 2,800 seats, and an additional 160,000 square feet of tenant improvements including classrooms and office space. Wesely Thomas was integrally involved in the design process to convert this defense manufacturing building for the new religious use. We provided value engineering to resolve structural issues for a clear span auditorium, reduce costs, and maintain the project schedule.
