Wesely Thomas was brought on board to provide a ground-up, Design Build installation of two new 550 ton VFD centrifugal chillers with chilled water and condenser pumps and chilled water piping. The project also included the design and installation of a 2,000 square foot mezzanine platform to support the new cooling towers, design of the control systems to interface with existing Honeywell BMS, and installation of electrical power and related equipment from SCE’s main transformer for a new 2500 KVA electrical supply.
