Emergency Phase 1

Phase 1 – New building addition and partial renovation to the existing Emergency Department at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard. ED Building Expansion of approximately 6,500 SF, 2,400 SF of new covered entry, and approximately 2,000 SF of renovation. The project consisted of 14 new exam/triage rooms, a large new nurse station, equipment storage & utility spaces, and an expansive new lobby/waiting area. Phase 1 also included a covered canopy with Site Paving, Landscaping, and Signage. In addition to the expansion and space reconfiguration, the project scope included a new IT data room for Integration with and expansion of low voltage systems necessary for Nurse Call/Code Blue, Intercom/Public Address, Security/Video Surveillance, and /Access Control.
