Through demolition and tenant improvements (OSHPD-3), four existing suites were consolidated into a modern Emergency Psychiatric Assessment, Treatment, and Healing (EmPATH) unit. The project delivered a dedicated outpatient behavioral health facility designed to support rapid psychiatric assessment, crisis stabilization, and patient-centered care in a safe and healing environment.
