Renovation of existing 11,000 SF general acute care patient rooms for the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard. In addition to the patient care rooms, the project scope included Nurse Stations, Reception, and NICU Support Spaces; Infant Security and Access Control Systems, and exterior improvements that encompassed a new entry Canopy including Site Paving, Landscaping, and Signage.
