The project scope for the OSHPD project was to upgrade an approximately 2,000 SF existing pharmacy to meet USP 800 requirements. A new chemo room, pass-thru windows, a gowning area in the existing ante room was added. Additional owner requested equipment, cabinets and shelving were added, along with the relocation of VFD 3 into a niche in wall. New monitors, freezers, DI water purifi cation system, flammable storage cabinet, filing cabinets, shelving, and workstations (data and power poles were installed) were also included in the scope of work.
