Renovation of an existing 229,450 square foot warehouse and offices. Wesely Thomas worked closely with the client to establish and maintain the budget and scope on a Design-Build basis to complete the following project areas: QC Sampling, Tote & Pallet Washing Area, Receiving Offices, Display Areas, along with Break Room and Locker Areas. The scope also included storage for raw goods and finished products in a HVAC conditioned environment in 15.5 miles of rack shelf storage with in-rack fire sprinkler system. Other improvements included dock levelers, forklift charging stations, and exterior improvements for addition of primary exterior HVAC units for the interior condition spaces.
