The scope of this project included renovating an existing 55,000 SF business building into a high school dormitory to accommodate boarding program students. In order to complete the project objective mechanical, electrical, underground utility and interior finish upgrades will be performed. The construction team provided the Oaks Christians project manager representative Tender Baldwin a cost impact analysis of $10 Million dollars and plans to complete the project within the budgetary goal presented.
