Wesely Thomas undertook a comprehensive roof replacement project for Keck Hospital of USC, addressing approximately 12,500 square feet of roofing across multiple levels. This project required careful planning and execution due to the building’s age and its existing infrastructure. The replacement work was conducted above an active medical facility, demanding meticulous coordination to minimize disruption. The integration of new systems and equipment added complexity, as did ensuring that all work complied with current code and safety standards. To ensure safety, we also installed new OSHA-compliant perimeter safety rails throughout the site. This upgrade not only enhances the building’s functionality and compliance but also reflects our commitment to high standards and meticulous attention to detail.
