Terry Hillsten, the president of Wesely Thomas General Contractors, leads a dedicated and experienced staff to construct cutting-edge healthcare, biopharma, life science, and high-tech manufacturing projects across Southern California.

With more than 34 years of construction experience, Terry provides project oversight at all levels from preconstruction to project close-out. He guides the construction process by ensuring that project goals remain paramount in decision-making and scheduling. Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction at the University of Washington, Terry provides the team with feedback necessary to produce the highest quality, precise cost management, and adherence to the schedule. With his vast experience in laboratory design and healthcare construction Terry provides insights and solutions to clients, design professionals, and construction staff to produce exceptional results while maintaining project budgets and delivery dates.

John Morgan leads the company’s pursuit of biopharma, life science, and high-tech manufacturing projects from concept, feasibility studies, construction, and commissioning.

John brings a wealth of experience from servicing clients across industries in life sciences, healthcare, technical manufacturing, clean rooms, and pharmaceuticals. He possesses over 30 years of experience in providing Design/Build and Design/Assist delivery methods for projects to provide the best delivery method for each individual project. Over his career, his previous roles include Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Estimator. This diverse experience allows John to keep the whole picture in sharp focus and provide leadership and direction to the entire team, ensuring high-quality results are delivered on time and within budget. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University.

Supriya Ghule provides direction and oversight of healthcare projects throughout Southern California. Her experience and knowledge provide numerous healthcare providers with cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

Supriya brings a diverse and rich background of experience to the projects she leads. Her portfolio spans various sectors, including public works, institutional and research laboratories, Design/Build, TI’s and utility upgrades both domestically and internationally. Supriya excels in collaborating with design teams, user groups, and owner representatives to develop and direct project teams effectively. More recently she has taken on the healthcare project portfolio and has demonstrated success by having efficiently delivered projects in critical healthcare facilities by being a liaison between end-users and construction teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success. Her knowledge of HCAI codes and requirements positions her as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients across Southern California. Supriya holds a Master of Science in Building Construction with a focus in Construction Management from the University of Florida and received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from India. With over 20 years of construction experience she excels in managing projects through the entire life cycle from pre-construction, contract negotiations to project turnover.

Mark Lundberg oversees all field operations leading an experienced group of construction and safety personnel. Mark’s dynamic personality and decades of experience is a valuable resource in the success of our projects.

Over his 30 years of experience, Mark is responsible for directly supervising and/or overseeing dozens of challenging life science, healthcare, and technical manufacturing projects. He is an expert at carefully assessing and planning the means and methods to conduct work without disruption to the building occupants or operations. Mark is dedicated to the details and works to bring out the best in his field staff and subcontractors. Through his personal management skills, he has built strong trust, respect, and relationships with subcontractors and vendors, enabling him to elicit responsiveness and top-notch results from service providers. Mark’s expertise shines in planning and installing major specialty equipment, process machinery, and electrical systems in various facilities, including central plants, manufacturing plants, and sterile clean room facilities. His adeptness in navigating complex project landscapes has earned him a reputation for delivering outstanding outcomes in challenging environments.
